IN 2000 Br. Felix Pinto my classmate was sent here to this mission....he worked hard....learnt the local language which is Bengali....he is proficient now....started a school....there are tribes from Mizoram who have been displaced....they live in the camps....most of them are with protestant backgrounds....children come to CATHOLIC SCHOOL...their plight is deplorable....they receive some government help....no electricity and no water....
