The 31st evening was a memorable one,......we began our new year with one hour of adoration and singing Te Deum.....it was a spiritual moment....we prayed for various intentions of the Order and the Church......
This followed by a dinner.....Claudio our cook is so great that he makes everyone feel at home with food...he prepared some Italian delicacies special for new year....and of course our Indian dish does not take a back seat....i prepared Pork Masala.......
The recreation and Tobola was something for which all were waiting anxiously......the friars played, sang and danced....our Guardian Martin had made all arrangements in the recreation hall on the second floor....with a lot of gifts to be won......he made the evening a special one.....thanks Martin and Joaquim....
Albert and Aklilu won most of the prizes but the great and more fraternal thing was that we shared with those who did not win...wow what a beginning of a new year.....sharing sharing sharing from what you receive......
The mood was upbeat and the love was in the air......some songs were so good that everyone was on feet...shaking and moving.....
Francis conducted first round of Tombola and then i took over......great evening....
Willie is our great dancer.....look at the moves that he makes....keep it up Willie
We are all the world we are the friars...we are the ones who make a better fraternity...so let's start giving and living....
