The four delegates of CCMSI and one delegate From Gulf were invited for a dinner by the student friars of CCMSI for a lovely indian spicy dinner....it was great to be together...all 14 jurisdiction students preparing the meals ....chicken, Daal, salads, Papad...etc....it was really an indian meal ...it is also a diwali celebrations.....
South, North and west all joined together....after the meals it was singing songs....all of us participated in singing Tamil, Malayam, Hindia, Marathi, Konkani and Telgu songs...it was wonderful experience...
Rice and chicken....prepared by two different groups....so yummy....Brothers Hugo and Pascal joined us....
This is Daal and fish....prepared in south style....so good....with rice....yea....all enjoyed it
There is no indian meal without these Papads.....so crispy....so fresh...you can have the, as starters....they go with anything....Beer, wine and even whisky
