Afternoon Session - Final Voting on Proposals....

 This afternoon we began voting on the amended proposals which were voted for amendment. The amendment commission did a fantastic job by putting together suggestions and amendments suggested by the groups and individuals.....Before we began voting....the groups gathered together to study the amended proposals......the group still had a chance to express their opinion about the amended text....

 We voted about 35 proposals.....we had only two choices...either to accept or reject the amended proposals...if rejected then it would go back to the original proposal....

 The scrutineers are doing great job...
