Afternoon Session-synthesis and dialogue in the Hall

This morning before the Lunch the entire assembly was divided into 5 different language groups. They were assigned different places for discussion. The group had more than one hour to discussion three questions presented by Brothers Stefan and Raffaele this morning's speakers.

The group's secretaries presented their points in the hall for 10 minutes. The answers and sharing was wonderful and genuine one. The provincials were frank and open in sharing and speaking out the their joys and sorrows, moments of tensions, joy of sharing, necessity of ongoing formation, listening to friars without being prejudiced.

The provincials found a lot of individualism, workaholism, addiction to Internet. The older friars are resisting some authentic and fraternal changes. There is a lot of willingness on the part of the many brothers.

There are challenges in the field of fraternal collaboration. It is bringing about joy and new life
Prayer together brings mission, ministry and bringing friars together....

Vocations are not coming when young friars see our lives which are not witnessing ones
