A session with Fr. James E. Grummer, SJ, General Councilor

Friars with Joy gathering in the chapter hall to listen to Fr. James
For Last one year we have been associated with Fr. James Grummer who helped the fraternity in Curia to see various possibilities of a better administration. He individually met all the community members as well as the General council together. It was a long process but the result was positive and encouraging. He with his expertise was able to see some points of convergence as well as some points which need immediate attention. He was clear in pin pointing to the community.

Hugo is ever happy with his short hair.....Brother Marcel is happy too ......
This after we had a session with him. The entire fraternity was present for the session. Fr. Grummer brought to our notice some areas of satisfaction and consolation, tensions that everyone feels,Tensions common to religious living in Rome, Tensions specific to an office.

He also made some suggestions: spirituality in the work place, time for discernment, job descriptions, coordination, communication, pastoral work.

All tuned to Fr. James for his wonderful presentation on the audit which he conducted....
Friars around our most loved brother Pio......he is the centre of attraction and very fraternal....

Selfi is always good.....Massimo in the background.....
Fr. James making his presentation.....he is an American and speaks good Italian...

He took questions from us and also answered them to our great satisfaction

Br. Joaquim made some observations and suggestions too....Br. Aklilu agree with them with a smile....Benedict busy taking down some important points for his next animation....
Br. General Minister was full of praise for Fr. James.....he thanked him for a very good audit conducted and appreciated his efforts and hard work.....

After his presentation the community members asked him questions and certain clarifications. At the end the General Minister thanked Fr. Grummer for a wonderful and fabulous job done. Every one appreciated the work done and this appreciation was shown by a round of applause for a long time.
