The entire curia wore festive climate as the friars and some guests started pouring in for the blessing and inauguration and blessing. Few presidents of the conference attended this program. From India the president of our Conference was represented by Br. Benedict Vadekekkara. The blessing began at 11am in the garden in front of the statue of Mother Mary. The general Minister conducted the prayer service and also blessed the entire curia, The Eucharist presided over By Mauro began at 11.30. The church of the curia was full with the families of the architect and contractors. The homily of the General Minister as usual was loaded with good message and short too. After which we went down in a hall to see a video prepared by our guardian of the Old and new Curia. Br. General minister did the job of thanking all those involved in the renovation work.
We had some snacks before the lunch in the corridors and then followed by typical Italian lunch. it was great and very good meal. The General again thanked all and then i spontaneously thanked the general Minister for his initiatives for the renovation of the curia work.
