St. Pio school was started on 11th June 2001 with 15 students. Today they have 303 students. The growth is slow but now it is picking up very fast under the leadership of some friars.

The friary has a big land. The guardian took me around. Due to shortages of water they are not able to cultivate. The ground water is salty which is not useful for cultivation. The friary uses the same salty water and as a result many friars are becoming bald.
