As a small child i wondered as to why bad things would happen to good people. Why there is so much of suffering, killing, looting, wars, natural calamities. There was no answer to these strong questions. My parents uneducated would answer me that we need to pray to loving and merciful God to stop all these bad things happening. I grew up praying every time when something bad happened in the world or India. But the answer which i was looking for was why the Merciful God is not able to stop all this. But today i know that God is not responsible for all the negative things happening. Most of these are all man made out of jealousy and anger. The war in Syria and other parts of the arab world is in trouble. Thousands innocent people are killed and rendered homeless. Who is responsible for all these sufferings and pain? We may wash hands and say it their problem. It may happen in our neighborhood today or tomorrow. Bomb blasts have become an order of the day. Let us continue to pray to Merciful God so that better sense may prevail. Let the strong, mighty and powerful nations apply pressure to stop this menace.
