The Provincials and Guardians from five southern Provinces of Italy gathered together for one week at Govanni Rotondo. The group was animated by the General Minister, Br. Raffaele and br. Pio Murat. All three returned yesterday evening to Curia. They shared their experiences which were positive. This ongoing formation was conducted for the first time and it is a great success.
It would be good idea to conduct a smiliar ongoing formation on the conference level or five or provinces coming together for this kind of animation. We know the value of this ongoing formation. There is an awakening and also one is made aware of the challenges one has to face in his ministry as an animator.
